yeah, she isn't but she is my fave champ and playing her has become significantly harder each time Rito touches her. She needs love fo sho. upvoting along with the 12894365734 other posts

She isn't wholly useless, but she isn't in a very happy place right now.

Eve needs a remake, honestly. So long as she keeps burst out of stealth AND her perma-stealth she's going to be a balance nightmare. I would suggest giving her a new Innate and then putting 3 seconds of true stealth on her W active. Then rework the rest of her kit from there.

She HAD a remake, but it was back when Riot wasn't willing to go nearly as far for remakes as they are now.

1- What "burst"? her burst got raped hard over and over (Ravage made physical and base damage nerfed / Hate spike ratios and base damage nerfed with mana cost increased)

2- "Out of stealth"? you do realize that her invisibility only functions as ward evasion, right? you will always see her coming.

3- "Perma stealth"? get out of here.

4- Have you even played Evelynn?

As long as she keeps her passive the way it is, the rest of her will always be underwhelming... its the tradeoff for having a passive that defies almost the entire vision system. The only way to fix this is a rework, that limits her passive and buffs her in other ways

They could always, you know, make stealth counters not complete shit rather than using their laziness as an excuse to keep a champion in the dumpster.

Maybe if they change Vision Wards to how they worked in Season 3. Because in preseason 4 she was so broken because vision wards were useless against her because she just killed them, and didn't defend the lane from all ganking paths anyway.

She will prob get some lovetaps like the rest of junglers who get murdered in the new jungle during the preseason.
