Whens veigar rework coming along?

So veigar is literally balanced around two spells right now(QR) as E & W can only be factored in based on how bad the opponent is, it's too unreliable.

Since riot isn't really itching to give back that instant stun, veigar is going to continue to be exceptionally unreliable until a kit rework.

Although I already let a bit of my complaints in, all I'm asking for is an ETA for when I can expect veigar to be reworked.

I pretty much play(ed) veigar only, and own all but curling veigar, really want to start playing my favorite champ again.

Yeah I love playing veig and he's just been getting worse and worse as new super mobile champs come out and now they make him complete shit. :/

We don't need the Event Horizon to land. It's nice, but we don't need it.

What we need is the Dark Matter to land.

Previously, the two abilities were joined at the hip. You stun the opponent, then you cast a spell that has a channel time comparable to ultimate abilities. If your stun wasn't max level, or if they had tenacity, then they'd start moving again before it fell. But you could hit someone with it thanks to the stun.

Currently Veigar can't do enough damage to an enemy to make them think twice about diving him. A large part of that is he can't land an ability with 100% AP scaling. For reference, Dark Matter is comparable (but weaker) to Cho'gath's Rupture. I find myself wondering if Cho'gath isn't a better "burst mage" right now than Veigar.

Never, learn to accept his new position as a backline nuker who can't initiate fights or defend himself anymore.

Riot hates burst and they hate not-LCS pick champs.

He's actually alright. The wait for his stun isn't long at all, and now that it has higher range and IT STOPS DASHES, Veigar is actually good with a lot of potential. Riot just gave him COUNTERPLAY, so they aren't stunned for 2.5 seconds instantly with no absolute chance of preventing that.

Not to mention how easy it is to farm and stack with his ranged Q. Clear faster with only your Q = go clear camps faster after that.

Revert him back, and everything will be fine. Just say "We realised that the rework on Veigar didnt had the positive effect it would, so we would revert everything to normalise him"
