Freezing is keeping the minion wave on your side of the lane. This is used to deny your enemy CS, to farm safely and to make the enemy overextend.

This can be done by ensuring that the enemy has more minions alive than you do which means that your wave will die faster than the enemy wave (keeping the minions towards you).

freezing is mainly keep the enemy wave with more caster minions than you do. Warrior minions are garbo dmg wise, keep tabs on the casters

next question.

I am Nasus I need stacks. Especially when I get Teemo'd or Quinn'd. Probably going to be behind or barely keeping up (because I suck at doggo) How would you keep the wave on your side then without losing cs

Against those champions, you tend to just suck it up and deal with it.

Your best bet is to call your jungler top-lane early and Wither them for an easy kill. Then you just keep doing it until they whine in all-chat about getting camped.

At that point, you have to lay off for a couple minutes so they relax their guard (and the jungler can spread their advantage to the rest of the map). Then, you tower dive them and kill them again.

Alternatively, try taking Nasus in the jungle when you are counterpicked (with your teammates permission) and let them counterpick the enemy top-laner.

It can work pretty well if you know what you are doing.

I've done nasus jungle at least practicing it. I mean in lane I average about 400 stacks but that's at like 25 minutes because usually I suck farming under tower with my setup, but in jungle I can go a number of builds and still keep his Q strength so my really slow waltz into lane is worth
