Newbies in co-op vs ai Intermediate

when I play Co-op vs Ai Intermediate I play a lot with newbies that like don't listen and just die 20 times and feed the Ai's. I lose a lot because of that, so I thought that it would be better for the player experience if there was like a certain level from where you can play intermediate. It would be nice if it was like lvl 6 or 5.
