After patch 7.15 is my game unable to play

when i log in it says i am disconnected from chat and i can't see my icon. when i go to lobby and try to play then i go to champ select but i can't chat and when the other client open it keeps hanging on a white screen and says it can't connect. I have checked my wifi connection and nothing is wrong with that, can someone pls pls pls help me?
