My Girl Lux needs a mana buff =(

I need to build both and if I want to have mana in fights if I don't have blue. Swain, Xerath, Twisted Fate and Annie all have some form of mana regain and I really think Lux is very weak in this regard.

She's in a really bad spot with Xerath nearly beating her in every regard and also having quite poor wave clear early game. To clear a wave xerath can Q->E where as I often need to ult if I want to clear an entire wave quickly. I understand her ultimate CD is really short but with her combo costing 380 Mana and her E not being able to clear minions on it's own she's in a bad spot.

So if you can either do one of the two things for me: Reduce the COST: 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 MANA of Lucent Singularity so her early game isn't so awful, because we all know this is Lux's poke and supposed to be her wave clear. Or just simply give her and Ziggs increased mana regen.

Lucent Singularity RANGE: 1100 COST: 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 MANA COOLDOWN: 10 Lucent Singularity MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+ 60% AP)

Arcanopulse RANGE: 750 to 1400 COST: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 MANA COOLDOWN: 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 Arcanopulse MAGIC DAMAGE: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 75% AP)

As we see Ziggs and Xerath's bread and butter deals more damage than Lux's, late and early game, and has a much shorter cool down as well as having a potentially greater range and to top it off costs a lot less mana. For her spells to do more damage she often needs to auto attack and proc her passive. Problem is that in late game you're going to die if you decide to go in so so you can auto attack someone.

Xerath just stands behind the teamfight raining fire down with his full potential and never has the handicap of needing to auto attack for full damage output.
