One trick help.

I'm trying to narrow down my pick to one trick. I'm going to queing mid and support. My choices are TwistedFate (not sure how support is,i can't jungle so seems like only viable role) Taliyah andVelkoz . I plan on sticking to one strictly and learning there in's and outs. Trying them in different ways and mastering them. Who do you think is the best to learn?

I don't recommend 'forcing' one trick level of play, and for those who do go that far, it shouldn't really be a choice so much as you genuinely only want to play that one champ. Certainly you can main one or two champs and be way better at them then most other champs, but having alternative options for off-roles or when your pick is taken/banned is wise.

Of those three, vel'koz is the only one that's reasonably viable as both mid and support. TF probably has the most payoff if you can really master him, but I don't really think he's a good support pick.

You fools don't know the meaning of "one trick"

Just because you play a champion alot doesn't make you a one trick pony, you're a main

If you have learnt a champion in the past you're automatically NOT a one trick pony

I am a one trick pony, as when my champion is banned/pick I dodge, you will only ever find my champion on my profile.

You are just a filthy main, not a one trick pony like me

Don't be a OTP. Pick a few champs (3) and be proficient with them. Get a few you can play decently in other roles as well, in case of autofill. Flex champions are great for this, as champ familiairity can get you though most other roles.

If you have to ask yourself what champion to OTP, don't bother doing so. A OTP only plays that one particular champion because they truly love that champion, if you're not 100% committed you shouldn't become a OTP.
