Is there a way to physically cope in lane (past level 4) as Tryndamere vs Teemo?

So far the best starting item I've found is the mag res 450 (not doran's shield, I did the math and you retain more HP per poison with the mag res). The issue is that EVEN IF YOU outsmart the Teemo and get FB, past level 4 he is unbelievably unbeatable and then past level 6 he is literally unbeatable because of the mushrooms.

I know that everyone gets a ban now so there's no reason for me to be vs Teemo in ranked but I want to know if there's actually a way for normal blinds etc to cope. I cannot physically win lane or even cope.

See when I am vs an Akali, Panth and/or Rumble, I build defensive and can physically cope with the tower farming. I outbuild and outsmart them to carry the lane despite their kit being better than mine for lane pushing and juking in the early to mid phase. With Teemo, I can't even farm to get the right build, his blind isn't the issue because even when you bait his Q his raw E damage is unbearable and if you dare to hit him back, he will win the fight with minion aggro plus poisoning. It's unbearable, he can hit you under tower WITHOUT GETTING TURRET AGGRO if you dare to tower farm. It's truly... Idk, I cannot cope.

DO NOT REPLY WITH DON'T MAIN TRYNDAMERE. I am asking how to cope.

I would start Doran's Shield. Poison dot will repeatedly refresh passive mitigating more damage early game. Good idea to rush item 3111 to reduce blind duration / item 3211 for dealing with further poke damage. Obvs max Q for lane sustain.

Let Teemo push in and ask your jungler to get red trinket once he hits level 6 for ganks (you should also get it). Once you get your first damage item (item 3153 or whatever), all-ins shouldn't be a problem. Once you're 2-3 items in, he shouldn't be a problem at all.

If he decides to spam Q poke in lane, and you're still healthy, dive him since blind will be down during the fight. At Level 6 you can probably just all-in. If he is reserved and saves Q poke for your engage, then just play passively.

Teemo dies to ganks. If he has ignite, just play safe. His range outside of his Q is low. If he tries to zone you from minions, he is overextending and can be ganked. Hexdrinker and mer. boots should be enough to fight him without dying.

You're not going to have a very good time trying to play Tryndamere into Teemo.

Bait Teemo's cooldowns. Save your E for gap closing in front of Teemo's path. Between his Q cooldown, Teemo has to play defensively, so that would be the time in which you'll do the most damage to him.

You'll need life steal, regen, and mr to deal with Teemo.

Good luck.

ask for ganks, sit under turret, try to get him to dive you, and hope he does something stupid and punish him for it. Don't bother adjusting MR into your build for him, your best bet is the late game stride and hugging turret. trying to build defensive on tryndamere doesn't get very far thanks to his ultimate doing that job for him. I've made players like jayce, one of trynd's big counters, afk from playing this safely. yes, its painstaking. but it works, and you don't feed. you can start with a cull if you really think you won't get anywhere, but thats up to you.

the other option is just playing sion into teemo and stomping, but IDK if thats an option here.

(Or, you could accept your fate of feeding and hope for the best. /s)
