being camped / zoning as a top laner

How on earth to cope when the enemy is more fed than you due to whatever reason and is freezing lane zoning you nonstop making you lose all trades so you can't passive-farm. On top of this, jungler on other team camps you so you can't even be close enough to take exp without risking feeding more after you are 0/3

I mean seriously how to cope...
