When the team dosent even want to get carried..

Can someone tell me what to do when 4 players in my team dont want to get carried?

I tell them i go bot they would come to me go do baron when they do that...

I go bot they go mid they dont wait for me to push they jump in a 5vs4 fight they die enemy team get baron we lose "Omg this X is bot farming wtf"

Are you people that stupid? and then you wonder why you are stuck in low elo? i mean shit i need to go through low elo cause new accounts now starts at iron 4 but god damn you people need to learn the game before you jump to rank games
