Seriously im sick of trying to learn new champ on normal and then i encounter yasuo,riven and kata otp every single game and they have like 20+ kills every game and just solo carry every damn normal.normals should be for learning new champs and not for tryharding with your main champs.PLEASE PROHIBIT LVL 7 MASTERY CHAMPS ON NORMAL BLIND PICK.OR 100K+ MASTERY POINTS
