A true depiction of bronze

We're winning, by a little? Nope, by a lot, like 15 kills up, the entire enemy team is just losing towers and lanes, we push into their base they don't even have tower #1 on our side knocked down. So they have a nasus, and he's really behind, no real stacks just fallen way WAY back. So I say "group mid and lets finish this game before the nasus gets some stacks and pushes to win". My team in bronze fashion ignores me completely, cho continues to build "trial items", and varus keeps split pushing but not actually getting anything, 15 minutes pass, we 3 try to push into base with no avail since dumbass 1 and 2 are off doing their own thing not helping and it becomes a 3v5. Of course as predicted the nasus gets stacks, pushes all the way through top and wins the game for the enemy team. Now tell me how is it possible to climb when your team refuses to listen to an instruction as simple as "group mid and lets finish this game".
