So am i supposed to lose every game once I hit level 30?

Seriously though, Why am i being paired up against plats and diamonds for half my games and my team is gold and lower usually. We get stomped literally every game. Check my op.gg I lose 90% of my games this past week. dont count the aram ones. How and why? am i supposed to just sit here and lose every game for some reason? I'm not really learning anything in these games either because we lose like 10 mins into the game.
