I am a Draven 1 trick so for obvious reasons I have to dodge quite often. For the first dodge I lose 3 I lose 10. My question is how long do I have to wait before I can dodge twice in a row and lose 3 each time. I really want to know because i am down to wait if it means I love 7 less lp. Please help me out and Thank you.

All queues dodges give time penalties that prevent you from queuing again immediately after. Those are increased for subsequent queue dodges within a 16-hour window. This time penalty is shared between the various queues, except for ranked team queue.
So if you dodge at 2:34pm, you can dodge again at 6:34am the next day and only lose 3 LP. But if you dodge before that the 16-hour window resets.
