Swain Bot Lane is Oppressive

I one trick Draven so it is safe to say I know a thing or two about the champion and the matchups and in all my games playing Draven, I have ever dealt with such an oppressive champion as Swain. Maybe he was just a really good player, maybe I am just a really bad player, who knows, but what I do know is he literally disabled me from playing the game. I picked Draven and my support picked Leona. We were a hyper-aggressive lane so they just picked Swain and Tham Kench. I knew that we could not go aggressive and that is fine we can just play safe, farm and try to get a jungle to gank. The lane goes well until we reset, they back and we back and then all hell breaks loose. I can not play the game at this point. There is actually nothing I can do, I can't farm, I can't get any kills, I can't roam, I am literally not even a champion anymore. Counter picking is fine, but when it is to the point where I can make an impact in the game because he picked a champion is ridiculous. I am Draven so I need farm and I need kills, but that is impossible playing against two tanks who both have cc, range, poke, etc. I am a gold player, but recently i have been playing at a low platinum to high gold level and I will smack any adc, but I could not touch this swain with a 100 foot pole. Swain is one nutty champion.

Tbh in a swain/tahm lane, i'd feel the reason swain is oppressive would be because of tahm, he gives a sense of security and brings out the more aggro nature in people.

ik when i play tahm everyone is far more aggro than before, same as when i have a tahm sup.

A good swain main will cause pain in any lane. He just has too much drain and sustain. That's why squishies find him such a bane--it's like trying to go up against a train. Attempts to stop him are usually in vain and rarely result in any gain.

That matchup mostly requires you to either A. never use redirect Q sideways as you will easily be targetted by CC. It's alot like thresh but instead minions won't actually save you. Or B. Mostly make it a semi all in scenario with you and swain. Walking forward actually makes his E harder to land. Swain can't just spam Q in lane for trades. At level 6 it's completely in their favor unless you got a lead or leona plays this extremely well

Swain passive needs to not work on allied CC.

Period.
