Nah, eve is still really strong.

Actually she's the only AP jungler at the moment that doesn't suck with the new changes.

She just requires a more passive playstyle and to suddenly just come out of no where to kill people rather than full on gank and causing engages. I rarely use her ultimate anymore unless i'm dying and need the shield.

Even mejais is a core item on her.

I've basically stopped playing her after maining her since season 1. I just feel so useless on her. Every other champion out-damages her and is tankier than her. Late-game, she has a hard time even 1v1ing an out-of-position ADC when she's fed, and she's pretty much useless in teamfights. That's always been the case, but right now she feels even more useless than ever.

The meta ADCs can out-duel her even if caught by surprise, except for Jhin (if she attacks when he's reloading.)

Even more than ever, you are reliant on the enemy team being stupid and making tons of mistakes, and even then if you can't win fast enough they will outscale you.

Still, other people seem to be able to win with her just fine, so I guess I've just got bad. Or, more likely, it's because I continue trying to play her as an assassin when the more optimal build is an AP-bruiser-diver.
