She outperforms in master-challenger She sucks in LCK (0-4 i think) She's abysmall anywhere else

If you buff her she might be OP

re-work is deserved

Her kit is fine, it was reworked in 2015 I think. Either way, it's not in need of replacing. Her VO could use some polish and expansion, like what they did with Lux's, and her models could use a tiny bit of polish.

I couldn't care less about Soraka's gameplay, but I do care about her lore. She needs her targonian background fleshed out.

About her gameplay. Making a full-time healer isn't the easiest thing to do in a game like League. Not only do they need to make it interesting to play with, but it must be fair to play against. Healer isn't the most interesting class to play with or against. ######I'm one to speak as I usually pick healers in games like WoW (or necros in ARPGs).

They had a few interesting ideas for her though.
