just wondering if you have any plans for that guy, since nowadays everyone has short CD ults and lots of dmg early, yesterday laned against a kata that at lvl 2 - 3 made me go from full to less than 1/4 hp in just one jump, from there the lane went from bad to worse.

They should make the voidlings at least as durable as Zyra plants or Heimerdinger turrets. The voidlings might as well not exist in teamfights as they are useless, do no damage, and at best serve to push a minion wave against an opponent who's not killing each in 2 autos or 1 single ability.

think its more because champs like katarina are giga cancer/impossible to play against if you dont hardcounter them with your pick

this whore def needs some nerfs anyways

Unless they revert the Malzahar rework, I want that god forsaken abomination out of my games. If that character was played as much as Yasuo, every single League player would've quit years ago, he is the single biggest oppressive piece of shit in the entire game outside of flavor of the month S tier picks and I'm glad he's almost never played.

Maybe if his passive didn't eat his power budget they could actually make him stronger in other areas.

I wish they would swap his passive and W so we could have his old AD-scaling Voidling passive and an active spellshield.

They are at a stage where most of them probably know that the rework ...did not go so well but there arent enough people willing to go make another one at this time so he is quietly left alone unless he somehow becomes a problem, again.

Complaining that Malzahar is too strong is like complaining that water is too dry. Coming from someone with a /lot/ of practice in him, you have to massively out-think your opponents if they know how to face one. Otherwise they pop your passive with any number of things and then just insta-kill you. His ultimate makes him vulnerable to everyone else, like ganks, and does not do anywhere near the damage it did (in fact, they shaved off 40% AP Ratio and 140 base damage when they nerfed it) when it was possible to Flash + R someone. Even then, Flash R only worked if the player was really bad at positioning or monitoring their life. You still had to land E and get your voidlings out unless the player was awful. Otherwise they just flash away as well.

The voidlings are a joke when everyone has AoE damage or can easily just auto them early game to keep him from free farming. His early game is atrocious unless you really focus on the early game, which requires a very specific strategy.

I wish they would make the voidlings more resilient to autos and AoE damage. Assuming they reduce the absurd mobility and insta-kill champions in the game, he would be fine then. I really do not want them to rework him because he will be a terribly unfun champion then.

Malzahar Kalista Azir are all in the same group They cant live up to their fantasy playstyle without being broken in the hands of a pro, so theyre just kinda left mediocre until a rework comes
