can something be done with this "excuse" im starting to see a lot of people with really bad scores use it just to justify their bad gameplay, or people trying new champs and going 0-10 just because its normals, what's worse when you call them out the whole team seems to agree with them, and sometimes even the enemy team seems to agree with them, i mean i expect that kind of attitude from blind pick but draft pick?, they just use the fact that is not a ranked to get away with anything they want to do.

normals are the place to try out new shit and have fun. you cant expect everyone to do immediately well on new champions. especially since there are also massive skill differences between players in normals.

i havent played normals for a year for example. my normal mmr would probably somewhere around silver or gold as a result (at least if normal mmr decays), and it would be highly unlikely to be a fair matchup towards my opponents.

if youre that competitive, play ranked. if its not outright inting or ragequitting, there is no reason for you to complain.

Having a bad game is fine. "It's just a normal" doesn't necessarily mean they're not trying, so much as that they're having a bad game and it's not that important, because nothing is on the line but a loss, and losses are a normal part of League.

or people trying new champs and going 0-10 just because its normals

Trying a new champ is fine. Having a bad game is fine.

they just use the fact that is not a ranked to get away with anything they want to do.

I think you're mistaking "it's just normals, so I'm fucking around with no regard for my team" with "I'm legitimately trying, but may just be slightly less competitive than usual, or trying something new, or just playing a champion I love but suck with. It's normals and your rank isn't on the line, so please give me a break."

"Just bought -insert champion-, first time." "Then go play them in practice or bots first so you at least know how they work and don't feed." "Lol it's norms, I can do whatever I want."

You should play every game with the intent to win. Normals, ARAMs, and bots are not an excuse to feed, troll, flame, and otherwise ruin the game for other people. I don't care if I win or lose, I have fun either way, but if every normal game is someone who's going to troll, int, and/or not know what they're doing, I'm not going to have fun. I shouldn't have to explain how a new champion works to someone every single game because they don't have the common sense to take them into practice or bots before taking them into PvP.

When people are trying things they aren't familiar with, it's easy to to feed a lot. It's also not a punishable offense when that happens.
