It is not fun to lose every other game that is in the pocket because of a memory leak bug, to then get a leaver buster so you have to waste an additional 100 minutes of your life, so I'll just play other games for now until that bug is fixed, which by Riot standards should take 1-2 years minimum.

Fix your memory unit (could be damaged), Reinstall, yoll be fine. Another option would be the Hextech-Repair-Tool. Maybe your Conputer cant handle LoL (highly doubt that one).
Dude, I feel ya. League has been a joke since Preseason 8. It's not worth playing.
Dump League, and play Runescape.
