Kalista & Vayne Buff?
This is crazy and they also buffed tahm kench WTF? and elise and darius.
Did the balance team decide to take some shrooms while they balanced a set of random champs or was there actually a technical aspect.

They weren't buffs -_-
Vayne got a quality of life change, probably to make programming aspects easier. Kalista can't cancel her AAs so they simply made it so that her abilities fire after the AAs are done correctly. Elise has needed help for a long time and the Darius buff was explained. Did you read any of the patch notes?
