most of those aren't that hard i manage too play riven and zed syndra and zilean are yeah
is the only one that I think that you dont have. L
What people mistake is Skill Floor and Skill Ceiling (Cap)
Skill floor is the minimum you need to know to do well.
Skill Ceiling is the amount of skill you need to play a champion to their top level of effectiveness.
Someone with a low skill floor can have a high skill ceiling, while the vice versa cant always be said.

Syndra has one point and click ability and there is a LOT more to the skillcap of champions than how many skillshots they have. Syndra has ball management, positioning necessities and important choices about when to use which abilities. Having a targeted ult doesn't negate that.
I would consider 
high skillcap because of all of the tricks a good Shaco can do between Q + W + R.
