how the hell does a Silver 1 and a bronze 1 who were in promos were teamed up with 3 people who were doing their provisional and give a f*** about trying hard or giving enough effort?

She shouldve won that game honestly and got out of Bronze elo hell but now she has to start all over again because 3 people (who were doing their provisional) were not putting full effort into the game.
