That in the meta where an extremely tanky toplaner is a must in 90% of the cases, ADC's that are good against them see literally zero play? I really like how eager Riot was to nerf Vayne and Twitch the second they crawled out of the junkyard. No, im not saying they weren't too strong because they were - but the reason they saw play in the first place was because armor pen builds at that time weren't viable at bot anymore. They nerfed the champions, then they brought back a factor that is naturally good against them, and it's in a better state than it was before. In a broken one, as a majority of the boards claim.

Its the Riot classic all over again, I love it.
