If Kalista and Tristana nerfs make it through..

Twitch is going to become an absolute god tier adc. It's not like they are particularly good at dealing with him, and it's not like he isn't already strong but these changes are just going to break it. I know that people on these boards like picturing twitch as a champion flawed in his core design, but truth is that noone had complained about him until major lane bullies (both adcs and supports) got thrown off the top tier. Every single adc that gets to be strong eventually is seeing a nerf (and god bless) but not twitch. He needs his power toned down too.

Only on Board's can you perpetually complain about how OP ADCs are, including when they get nerfed.

Barely anyone even played Kalista before pros started picking her again, and she has never been able to lane bully a twitch so her nerfs don't affect his status at all.

Tristana is basically the same situation she had like a 4%-5% playrate before pros started abusing her after they realized Caitlyn was getting nerfed. All they did was transfer Caitlyn's exact build and masteries onto the next champ that resembled her the most and started abusing it again.

We need Caitlyn back tbh. (not op af, just back)

After the bullies got nerfed, hypercarries had NO ONE to keep them in check. If Caitlyn and other bullies get in an ok spot then hypercarries should START to be put back in place.

Also twitch needs early game nerfs, his earky-mid is already ok as is with his Strong af late game.

Tristana doesn't need a nerf:

Crit Strike Does

She was trash back in 7.13 as the 15th worst ADC in the entire game. She wasn't changed or buffed since then. She's the exact same right now and it annoys me because the IE/Shiv combo is so cheap, so effective and so powerful, that Trist's hitting her intended 30 - 35 min power spike at 20 - 25 mins, so OF COURSE everyone hates her, yet I can't explain this situation enough times.

Buff her counters. Buff assassins. Don't nerf her kit... well, they will nerf her and will probably fall down to the trash can again, and everyone will rejoice (for 2 days then find something new to complain about) and I don't think people will see things the way I do, which is unfortunate, but nothing I can do about that.

Crit Strike, if it's to remain in the game, should be a 35 - 40 min invesment. Not a 15 - 20 min burst tool.

I don't know who this "noone" is you are talking about. I complained about twitch the entire season whenever possible but did anybody listen? Nope. 55% winrate on average for a lategame hypercarry? No problem. 60% in masters? Doesn't matter. Now that it's plain obvious he is overpowered once cait got bullied out of botlane people start to realize his flaws. Not my fault everyone here is so fuckin ignorant.

That nerf wont make them unplayable.

Ambient Snow8/31/2017, 6:47:44 PM2 votes

the issue was twitch was nerfed in the past and made him in playable.. the problem with twitch is not the champion himself its the items you can build with him..

Static sheen and Cannon make his Damage range stupefying.. and there isn't a thing you can do about it.

riot added the Camouflage. but that doesn't really stop twitch because twitch can still pop out of stealth and blow you up before he even gets in range to notice him.

right now currently yes he is broken because of the items he can stack and the amount of procing boosting items. and it kind of a issue when a twitch can only be shut down if you can get to him and cc / blow him up before the 2 sec mark of him popping his ult and de stealthing.

so I can't say twitch needs the ban its just the items that we have now that make certain adc's in godly he just capitalizes far higher then the others

Those Trist nerfs aren't going to do much of anything. The whole reason she's strong now is the cost efficiency of item 3031 item 3087 item 3094 (and item 3504) and her synergy with them.

Sure, her early trading is going to get hit a bit but she doesn't have a whole lot of bonus ad for her e by level 9 anyways. Normally, her only ad item is item 3031 until you hit like 25-30 minutes when she's on her 4th item. It's mainly the ability's base damage

kalista nerf won't change anything in solo queue, people were never using her ult as its fullest potential each 120 sec

Trist nerf doesn't change anything in solo queue ether, it just reduces her ability to burst at lvl 6 and her ability to burst at lvl 9 with max rank E but in solo queue, she will still have an insane safety and hypercarry potential

Its OK, can ban twitch and Draven. Banning twitch draven kalista and trist can be too hard haha

Noxious Blastt8/31/2017, 1:58:26 PM1 votes

ban twitch then

The Lexer8/31/2017, 10:34:27 PM1 votes

Kog'Maw too. He's quietly come back into the meta and is pretty close to the top tier of ADCs

Poppystar8/31/2017, 6:30:27 PM1 votes

people have been complaining about twitch for actually 6 patches now and riot still hasnt touched him so I'm not surprised tbh lol

Mizaya8/31/2017, 10:40:22 PM1 votes

Twitch isn't played as much in competitive. Why? Because people often pick champions like Thresh and Blitz who can punish Twitch, and they actually play them well. In solo Q, it's a lot easier to just pick Janna or Raka. So often Twitch won't have much of a challenge in lane.

StoryDuck8/30/2017, 9:21:33 PM1 votes

Twitch needs a weaker early game. He gets 1/2 an item and is already too powerful. I see it all the time with him. He's supposed to have a weak early game like Sivir but no...not really. He has a weak first 7 minutes but after his first buy its rare he's weak anymore.

TrollMeIDareU8/31/2017, 6:21:15 AM1 votes

Isn't that how it's always been? You nerf what is "op" and then someone else is "op" until you nerf that and then someone else is "op"

Then again that is probably how League maintains its popularity. It's always changing with a new "op" champ every 2 weeks or so.
