How about Yasuo deals damage DURING his ult?

Currently, Yasuo's ult only deals damage at the end of the animation. This makes no sense as he is clearly attacking with his sword DURING the animation.

Why add this change? Because Yasuo is great at diving with his passive shield, mobility, and damage and if he ults you under tower, he should consider if he has the health and damage to survive the tower shots instead of maybe taking one tower shot and dash away with no issues. He will deal the same damage before but it will be applied over the duration of the ult.

With his recent MR buffs, mages have an even harder time dealing with Yasuo and the change will give mages counterplay if a Yasuo ults them under tower.
