That's all. It should be simple enough to understand. It's annoying when you mute someone and then after the game ends you see them flame you in the post game lobby which tilts you even more.
I would tend to agree with this. I would also like the ability to mute someone in pre-game lobby, and have it carry over into game, and into post game.
Or you could just report them after game and exit.
Its pretty hard to NOT see the chat when you go report someone. Our eyes tend to read the chat anyways even if they don't want to. It's human nature. Just like when your parents tell you to cover your eyes when something disturbing happens but you still look through your hands anyways because you want to see what happens.
