Elo Hell?

Can someone please explain why they do not think at least some form of this exist? I have had in almost every game I have played today, someone turn around and go "oh you took the position I wanted, now I'm just going to feed (insert lane here)" Now often I try to let that go because you know, shit happens. But damn, to happen this many times in a row? I'm fed up with it from the last game i played. Two players were mad that the picks before them picked jungle and top. So they went ok, I'll support and the other will adc. I, being last pick, went mid even thought it's the lane I hated the most. i as annie versus Le Blanc didn't feed at all. I believe she got one kill off me. Meanwhile, the adc and support (Sivir and Lulu) were chasing lux and jinx under turret feeding them. I believe at 8 minutes Jinx was up to 5 or 6 kills. Jinx ended up pushing the lane all the way to the inhibitor turret. She was so fed I couldn't even put much of a dent into her without her nearly killing me. Now for real Riot. This is a serious problem. I admit that I have problems in my own gameplay. But hell, trying to get out of silver is like trying to climb the side of the Grand Canyon with only 1 arm. You need to come up with an answer to this. This is total BS to the point where a lot of excellent players (most being supports that I've seen) can't get out of their respective divisions even one step because someone is always wanting to troll and feed. And don't give me this, 'well if your really a good player you can carry your team out of a bad match any time anywhere any champ' bs. Because I want you to put yourself in my shoes. I'm annie trying to carry versus a Jinx on bot who already has IE and has started a BT before the 10 minute mark has even eclipsed. That's BS. Find an answer for this crap.
