Can someone please answer this question about LP?

Why am I getting 16LP for wins and 18-20LP taken away for a loss?

I understand the concept that the teams elo wise or rank wise mmr wise however they calculate it essentially gives each team some sort of value trying to pair equally matched individuals. I understand that my team might have been the expected favorite however I am 11 wins and 9 losses in my last 20 games and I went from 45LP gold 1 to gold 1 32 LP. I'm +2 in wins over 20 games but the LP gap between wins and losses has put me down by 13 LP. It takes an entire day to play 20 games, sometimes a week lol, sometimes more for some.

Love the game but the LP/rank system is biased towards demotion. Not asking for the moon for being +2 but should I be DOWN in LP from where I started after it?

LP slant pretty much always is in relation to your Match average. As your MA tends to be Gold 2 G1 your on the lower end of MMR for your Rank so it slants to be higher for losses and lower for wins. If you get above average then you see gains slant the other way.

Been winning some good games, just got 15 LP excellent!

Feels good to put together a winning stretch, make G1 then have the system tell me I suck at the game and actively try to put me back to gold4...

I now 13-10 since I have been keeping track, down 3 LP from 23 games ago, how many do I have to win?
