What does veig do to fight talon?
Cause no matter what I try, sitting under a turret seems to be the only viable option.

Cross your fingers and say a prayer.
Besides sitting under tower the only real way is land a good stun. Once you can get an item or 2 you can blow up just about anyone and thats how you fight, but talon is kinda built to fight guys like veigar.
you get your jungler to come and get a free kill with your fat ass aoe stun. O wait mb bronzies junglers here think they should be farming whole game and its not their problem that ur getting rekt
