Why is no one talking how much this champion is ruining soloQ experience? He can basically perma cc someone while doing insane amounts of damage. Not only that, he can get away from about any gank as he runs faster than a Hecarim with E charged. His ult can save any stupid player from feeding and turn every risky play into a safe play. I'm really tired of him and would like to see some straight nerfs to his cooldowns and damage.
