So those Leblanc buffs?? She doesn't need more missile speed changes she needs silence on her E. That doesn't stack and can't be mimiced.

I don't think Leblanc needs a missile speed buff on her E. She's a bit too tricky in the first place, even as an avid Leblanc player I don't think increasing the rate at which it can reach its destination will help her besides making her harder to dodge her E and make her harder to lane against. Granite a skillshot buff, lord knows thats as rare as flying pigs. But you guys made the hitbox smaller to make it harder for her to hit it then turning around and making it fire faster. So she can W to gap close then smash into an enemy with R then QE for the kill then W back. She does this fine.

What would probably help her is if she distorts back to her W and or mimiced W and have it deal massive damage if enemies are standing near the location. So Leblanc can do something new, since her kit is capable of many combo's. Adds something fresh to Leblanc other than this back and forth missile speed of her abilities. EX: Q speed, W speed and now E speed.

I disagree. Her win rate at high elos were really high because of skilled players. She fell to like 41% WR with the silence removal. Then bounced to a 45-47%ish WR with the W speed changes. She could use a hard CC to even out her match ups, she used to be able to EQRQW for perma silence. It shouldve been changed to a non stackable silence on E. When in a pickle and her blink is on CD her E doesn't save her, if it silenced she could actually counter champions again. Currently she is just an assassin with a lot of burst with a horrible win rate. And not many favorable match ups. Idky garen has a silence he just point and clicks and deletes enemies tanky as hell and able to blow people up. But a squishy assassin who is high skillcap who's job is to blow people up can't hard CC? It makes zero sense.

Yeah.. Both their silence was unavoidable they are a topic that's complicated to discuss... But I see your point. :/

Silence on E is a bad idea. Given the spell has a snare on it for staying in range and the silence would be a big help on making people stay in range for long enough, you're just giving it one CC that makes another CC easier to land.

May as well just make the tether duration shorter.

Well if you haven't realized her gap closers are actually skillshots. Unlike Ahri', Leblanc if she blinks to side you take zero damage. If she blinks on top of you you take damage. See the skillshots?

Granite? I think you mean "grant it". Don't mean to troll, js, lots of people get that confused :P

Anyway, silence on E? 1: if it procs the stun, they can't do anything anyway; 2: if you mean the full duration, could you imagine a Leblanc that Ws in and chains successfully and just wails on you for 4 whole seconds cuz you silence for the duration and stunned for the next 2 secs? Her burst is already awesome, that would just make her OP.

For the damage on return, I don't think that would be a good idea either. Like you said, LeBlanc is already tricky. Could you again imagine a LeBlanc who W in, ult-W again, then return W-ult, and return W? That's 4 hits in a matter of 1 second that deals so much damage. And maybe after the 2 Ws, she pops E (with or without your silence) so by the time she's done with that, she's still hitting you. Idk about anyone else, but that sounds like one scary LeBlanc.

Lol that would be the fun of it. She would have to flash to get off all that. But no a 1.5 sec silence so its easier for her to get off the second half of the chains. The kind of lb I play is one that W R's then returns for the EQ. So it seems legit for how I play her, I hate lb's that QR you then miss E. Since all I do is dodge that, making it easier to land that E would not be fun. That's why I suggest a silence on E to keep LB playing for her skillshots? Because either way her skillshots WR and ER do more damage than her QR. But people can dodge those...

When will they lower yasuos skillcap? Poorly designed champion who still thinks he's an assassin. Point click champion, who can't land Q and needs knockups so he can ult. I downvote you

Actually lb is a skill match up for Ahri. Doesn't counter her anymore because she doesn't silence. If anything I was looking out the bads who can't dodge skillshots. Luls
