Aurelion Sol's E (Comet of Legend)

Hey guys! GhostCadillac here.

I just played an AI game for my Win of the Day (WotD) where I was playing Aurelion Sol. I noticed the little spell box indicating that a spell is being casted (Usually above your spells, for example if you were cc'd or ignited, you would see the little icon above your spells) did not show the range like it did before while you are moving in a straight line. Does anyone know if this is intended because it use to show up.

Also, I hope you understand what the little icon box I'm referring to is because I really have no idea what to call them (Sorry!)
