Ezreal with Luden's Echo
I just played a game as Ezreal and upon reaching 100 charges, I realized the passive for Luden's Echo, although it worked for all my other spells, wasn't working whenever I cast Mystic Shot. Anyone know why this is?

Mystic Shot is considered an enhanced auto-attack and not a spell. Therefore, it'll proc on-hit effects but not spell effects.
Mystic shot technically triggers on hit affects as a basic attack, thats why it procs stattik shiv. Ludens Echo doesn't proc on spells that act like basic attacks (IE Gangplank Q). Sadly this means we will never have the dream burst of a stattik shiv+ludens echo Ezreal Q.

A single ability can't proc both On-Hit and Spell effects. So ezreal's Q is an on-hit proc.
