Can we not stop Jungle camps from being trolls?

I understand why they run back after you leave their reach, but what is the purpose for the health returning to full before you can damage it again? Can we fix plis

its to stop People from playing junglers like vayne and shit. believe it or not it was a problem for a while.

My favorite thing:

Hit the camps, accidentally go too far, causing them to go back and reset. Decide you don't have enough health to try and take the camp at full health again so you recall. Camps come back and hit you once, then go back and reset. Your auto attack animation procs and hits them, so now you have to go further to recall because they're just going to keep coming back.

This happens to me way more often than it should.

I'm more worried about krugs being %%%%s and running like when an ADC get's the fed rengar ult mark above their head. I swear to god the little krugs just want to watch the rift burn.
