I feel like I must make this post because I cannot go one match without seeing someone commit to this offense, You WILL eventually be punished for doing this and for good reasoning. If you're convinced that your report alone won't do enough then just shut ya lips and quit trying to incite a Riot on the player, because that's quite literally what you're doing when /all chatting your desperate cry for reports.
PSA : if you breathe in the wrong way towards a league player and they find it offensive, you will be PUNISHED

True, this a common mistake that a lot of people make. Whenever someone does that in my games I explain to them that it's wrong and 1 report is more than enough. People think more reports -> Higher chance of that person getting banned
When was this posted? I remember asking the same question and a Rioter came in and said you can't get punished for asking to report someone. Currently I will believe that Rioter more than some freelance moderator.
