"We aren't able to create a lobby right now."

I'm guessing this is a follow up bug from the patch, but when I first logged on this morning, 0 friends were on so I figured it was a universal problem. The Play button is not clickable and reads "We aren't able to create a lobby right now. Please exit the client and re-open it to try again." I have reset my client 10 times now, waiting bits of time in between, I have several friends online and in-game, but I am stuck. Will continue to reset my client... Anyone still having this issue?

""" I was experiencing the same issue and i think i found a possible fix (at least it worked on my part) i went into the league_client folder (Riot Game> League of Legends > RADS > Projects > league_client > releases) i saw that there is 2 folders 0.0.0.74 and 0.0.0.75 i assume the issue is when u launch the client it runs the league client inside 0.0.0.74 >deploy folder which is an older version. in this case and when i ran the league client in 0.0.0.75 > deploy folder ( Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\league_client\releases\0.0.0.75\deploy\LeagueClient.exe ) it scans some files (takes few min) then no restored to older installation message appeared and afterward i logged in and play button works """

Thanks for the solution, havent been able to play LoL for a curtain amount of days. Can I delete the older folder?

Not working for me, i reinstalled the game. I only have version 0.0.0.82 in the realeses. Someone have another solution ?

Thanks a lot man ! I deleted the old folder and restarted the client,the button suddenly started working. Cheers!!

Dude I had this problem for a half a year. I searched everywhere, spent months hoping my client would successfully work. And today I saw your post. You are a savior. Thank you sincire. And thanks to other dude who found this fix. Much love from a master yi main MasterYi
