Does Shaco's Q cause static shiv to double + Shaco tips?

Hey there, Onwodori here.

TLDR; Does Shaco's assured critical hit on his Q cause static shiv's damage to double as well?

On with the show. One of the most fun junglers to be ahead with, Shaco makes me feel like I am getting away with something wrong. It's amazing. Only, I don't know how to play him AP, AD works much better for me (Jungling, that is.)

Going off of that, I can't seem to play him anywhere other than Jungle. AP mid and top apparently work ... somehow? But never for me.

Finally, I looked at his stats and he actually is decently tanky. He scales armor and MR wise a little better than Alistar and gets 2000 or so hp at the end of the game -- nothing amazing, but not bad. Are there tank builds for Shaco, perma slowing some poor sap with his E passive. If so, that might be something to use as a support: Just slowing people forever, fearing groups with W, warding with W, scouting areas with Q ... I dunno, lots of utility.
