Seriously Rito, you're going to increase her mana cost on her w but not decrease the cost on e????? Mana slave her some more. Id rather have the original slow Q instead of more mana costs and a Q speed nerf to the "buff" it got in 9.13. Do you have a balancing team or is just non-existent.
