cassiopeia skin when ??

A chroma isn't even technically a skin since it's a recolor of an already existing skin.

But yeah, Cass desperately needs a new one.

When they actually go back and rework her. I dislike the new version. W did not need to change. The last iteration of Cass just needed 1) new passive and 2) tweaking on AP ratios.

Im like almost 200 games deep and want to buy a skin for her so bad, sadly the options available are terrible.
