The camp respawn time is way too high. If all your lanes are pushing, then you just sit there, doing nothing. If you happen to have a bad matchup, the ennemy jungler invades you, and your team doesn't react, basically the game is over. He will have ample time to empty your jungle, gank, recall, buy, and do it over and over again. At this point, you can't counter-gank because he's overpowering you, and you can't afk farm to come back because of the low respawn. So you can only rely on luck that someone in your team will carry. It's only making raising (again!) the luck factor and lowering the skill factor.

Wrong. Jungler decides what happens in the game. Every single game.

there are other things you can do with your time when you can't gank. invade. your team has prio. ping spam "on my way" when you invade. establish deep vision. take dragons. lane gank. countergank. not hard to track a jungler.

When i play top lane i don't just win or lose lane. If i lose lane, the oppoenent didn't win it. The jungler won it for them. If i win lane, i beat my opponent but I'm still getting camped by the jungler and not getting tooo ahead. So no. Jungle is too strong right now actually. Some junglers win games by thier plays while yours afk farms and then dies 1v1 to anyone that sees them.

No role has 100% impact to help others unless youre playing a champion that has the damage to force your teammates to atleast possibly get an assist.

And jungle has insane impact considering you can just camp lanes and then clear your camps because catchup xp is bs.

Most of the top 15 players from every region are junglers. There is a reason for it. The reason is the opposite of your claim.

Impact on the game and feeling bad to play are different from one another.

If all your lanes are pushed you need to understand where the enemy jungle could gank and counter gank it or even better make a clean dive in a lane and get a massive lead. Having all lanes pushed isn't a bad thing and allows you too counter jungle even more.
