wtf is wrong with riot, giving you the same player you just reported 2 MINS AGO??? It's neither the first time, nor a new problem. This has happened for years. Listen, I just reported the fcker. That trolling bastard. That noob trash. That garbage nuisance. That fkn cancer. He went 0/8, he stole my farm/buffs, he insulted me, he refused to follow the team, etc, basically he ruined the game, I never want to play with him again and I would punch him if I could. HOW THE HELL CAN YOU BELIEVE I WANT TO PLAY WITH HIM AGAIN? I WANT TO SEE HIM BANNED, THAT'S WHAT I WANT! Forcing people to play with someone they've just reported is the most stupid thing ever, it can only come from the sickest mind of the biggest r%%%%%. Nobody wants to play with someone they've reported. ESPECIALLY JUST A COUPLE MINUTES AFTER THE'VE JUST HAD THEIR DAY RUINED BY THAT FUCKER! Riot has 1 fucking job : to give players a fun time. Or a fair game. That's neither fun nor fair, it's a garanteed trollfest. Then you'll act superior and spam your bullshit again "blablabla your negative behaviour blablabla" but it's YOUR fault. It's YOUR job to balance games correctly, to ensure everybody will have a good experience. And not only did you fail hard to ban the nuisance, but you even went as far as forcing it upon the same player TWICE even after you were clearly and without any doubt informed how someone didn't want to play with another person. Well nobody with a sane mind will ever think "oh you trolled me last game and I hated you 1 min ago, but it's all fine now because riot didn't give a fuck about my report"

Just because you reported someone doesn't mean it's a valid report. Anyone can report people for whatever reason or no reason at all. Why would Rito prevent you from being placed with the person you reported that might not even be a valid report and open the game up for abuse via false reports?

Not enough players in the game. People are quitting in droves due to how awful everything is.

Given the amount of anger, frustration and hatred towards this individual in this post, it leads me to believe that you are on his level and no better than he is. You're complaining about player behaviour when yours isn't any standard.

Keep in mind that when you finish a game and queue instantly there is a chance that the same people that just finished the game you did are doing the same thing. If you're involved with a toxic player; righteously report them post game and wait 5-10 minutes to both avoid meeting them again, and to cool yourself off.
