What happen to make this so popular? ever mid i see is taking this and starting in almost all my games. a sol was the only one for a while and now everyone. what did i miss?

I think it is over hyped.

I mean, people are sheep.

I have seen plenty of examples where something is considered trolling, then a month later, high elos start doing it, then another month later, EVERYONE is doing it.

Example is TP bot lane.

For a long time I have felt like I don't use heal at the best times, so I would take TP.

My sheep friends, and teams, would always groan.

Now pros start doing it, and its just fine.

In fact TP got nerfed hard, and they STILL take it bot.

I'm not saying time-warp + item 2033 is not good, just that people have no individuality.

A few pros started it, EVERYONE follows.

Movement speed is op

the sustain and movement speed is nice, also a little extra damage. Its good for Top and mid especially, not for every champ but for many.
