ok lets talk about teemo

everyone hates teemo i get it but if you actually ever play teemo he kinda is just a bit lack luster atm his kit is counted by sweepers so you try to shroom up baron for everyone or dragon and a pink or sweepers (which disables your shrooms too) gets there and your plan is foiled. you play him mid and get out ranged and your blind does nothing to mages and assassins mid such as zed dont need autos. he has good poke early but that does not help if they play a bit safe until level 3. If you play him top lane he just gets out built since he has no %hp damage so the more the lane goes on the worse it is for you since they can build mr and tank while you could do that but then your shrooms if someone steps on them just do nothing but slow them and your damage is not there so in team fights youre not useful except to blind the adc which is cool and all but is that all teemo is good for now? He just seems like a neglected champ you see him as a troll pick and not very useful compared to other top and mids. What do you guys think?
