bard needs another skin

so bard needs another skins really badly. In terms of who came out before bard was before ekko but ekko got one before because of his play rate but is it bards fault that they made him so bad at the start and he is still not in a good place in terms of supports, but now jinx is getting another skin for Halloween when riot could have come out with the slayer skin type any time in the year. Im not asking for an ultimate skin something like piper bard or reaper bard or any the many bard skins people have asked for.
