this really should be a think along with piper bard. Ekko got a skin before bard and bard came out before ekko you may say well ekko is played more and bard does not have a really high pick rate but there are still bard lovers like me who love to play him and would like to see some new thing for bard.

I mean, ekko got a skin with no special effects. I think I'd rather wait for a good bard skin then get a crappy one.

Bard just needs a new skin. I've seen so many awesome skin ideas for him, but Ekko got a 2nd skin first. Heck, Azir and Kalista have also had many cool skin ideas without getting a skin as well.
i agree i just wish riot would give some love to bard he is a champ that is not seem as much as he should he has so much potential and with a new skin maybe someone would think hey this looks cool i will try him out and see if i like him.
Would insta buy. That said Riot would never make it exactly as this art portrays; it's clear from Arcade Riven they'd make odd design choices to it. I wanted the DDR sword....
