Shifting Ahri's Power to E

I wrote about possible Ahri Buffs / Nerfs months ago. The main idea was to shift and tone down W scaling and give the removed stats to Ahri's E. Now that this is becoming a very real possibility. My seggustions include a mini rework. The Rework makes Ahri a skillshot reliant champion. Which is what she was supposed to be originally on release. Forcing all Ahri's to max Q > E > W>. But in doing so making E a more harder shot to hit. But giving skilled Ahri's more opportunities to hit it more frequently for either assassinations, outplays and team fights. Currently as an E max user(After Q) with with very little CDR she hits E once. During a team fight. With the proposed changes it opens up a window to get that E up again quicker for a possible 2cd and 3rd hit of E in elongated team fights.

  • Remove Q's movement speed all together. Don't further increase Q mama costs. 85 mama per cast at max rank is already obsurdly high.

  • W: Decrease W's Base damage by 50 and remove its Awkward 64% Scaling. Shifting it to 40 or 50 % AP. To a flat percentage.

  • E: Gains 50 Base damage. And 15% Scaling AP. So at max Rank lvl 13 Charm Hits 250 + 65% AP. Additionally, make E's hotbox smaller. Reduce the width by a noticeable margin. Ahri's E should also go back to Charmp Amp. Increase All damage done by only Ahri by 10%. Shred some kind of health % based on max health. Like 7 or so. Lower the cool down by 1-2 seconds. And Keep Ahri's CC duration.

  • R: Reduce the cool down by 10 Seconds. Without changing scaling or base damages. Since Q movement speed is removed she may need it may not need ult up quicker to dodge skills, E enemies and for general usage like kite or chase.

Hopefully this gets done. Forces Skillful Gameplay from the Nine Tailed Fox. And allows/opens up new doors to Ahri whilst reducing her mindless AOE and making her go back to a single target Nuker Mage. That will excell when She hits her shots. And won't be able to kill enemies without landing her shots and if she happens to Rush in for a skilshot if she misses enemies won't take as much damage if she so happens to miss. Prime example is NA at MSI. Bjerg missed 9/10 shots. But blew enemies up regardless. Which showcased mindless gameplay. Now enemies will have better opportunitys to dodge her E. If the width is reduced. Greatly reducing her damage threat. And hopefully increasing her skill floor and raise her learning curve to her original gameplay on release. Shooting for a hyper skillful Ahri.
