Lane Jarvan 4 is toxic and needs a nerf
When I say toxic I mean LANE J4, as opposed to jungle J4. Good god, this guy has no weaknesses.
Jungle J4 is okay whatever, he's like another Vi. But lane J4? His gap closer is too big AND he has a slow. At level 2 his damage is purely disgusting - he can one-shot any squishy easy peasy with his EQ combo.
