Going just by KDA seems ike fairly evenly matched. smurf kat matched against smurf yi but yi carries harder than kat

and then you realize that even challenger players can have this sort of KDA in some of their games so complaining about a single game where someone didn't had the perfect KDA or played perfectly is stupid and pointless

I am wondering what you are expecting from your team mates?
It seems you are an experienced player, on a new account that is level 20, why would it come as a surprise that you will be teamed up with other new accounts?
Some of these players have a good chance to actually be "new" level 20 players, 30-50 games played maybe?
You need to realize you are playing the system to match weaker players, but sometimes those players you want to match against, will be on your team.
If you want to have more experienced players on your team more often, play your main account, in what ever ELO it happens to be.
