Nidalee and Elise have an average 46% winrate and the best elise players have an average 51% winrate big LOL. In korea they both have 48% winrate when usually theyre winrate is around their winrate is around the 50+ The winrate of Gragas is 42% even worse, As it stand the only decent ap champions are Evelynn, Ivern, Nunu and Amumu and since Amumu and Nunu are oddballs the only decent champions are Ivern and Evelynn. Its time for some buffs and no more using pro play to give champions either silly or pointless buffs. I'd advice you guys to ask high elo mains what kind of buffs these champions need since you guys dont actually know what do buff on these champions. Proof Riot Sotere > Nidalee has been a big winner because she really likes the mana pool and CDR, despite sharing a lot of the qualities of the above champions. This was about the runic echo changes. If some champions happen to get stronger just nerf them.

Honestly if Runic Echos gave Magic Pen instead of Mana and then buff the mana pools of AP junglers I think that would help a lot

Hopefully they buff nidalee's base attack speed back up now that they don't have to worry about machete giving attack speed. Would be a nice small change that would help her out in lane a bit.
